Scotch Mountain Shortbread is committed to creating shortbread the old-fashioned way, using the same simple, natural ingredients your mothers and grandmothers used--flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.  We painstakingly craft our cookies by hand and bake them slowly--good shortbread can't be rushed--to achieve that tender, slightly crunchy and, of course, oh-so-buttery flavor we all love in our shortbread.
